You own a non-union company with 90 employees. All of these employees are responsible to pack healthy snacks into boxes for shipment to customers throughout Malaysia. Because of wide differences in employee performance, you have decided to try performance appraisal, something that you have never done before. Until now, you have given every worker the same size of salary increase. Now you want to measure performance and reward the best performers with bigger increases.

a) Based on your analysis on the situation above, which type of appraisal format do you think would be the most appropriate? Please explain your answer.
