My patient R. H, ,17 years old came in complaining about abdomen pain, she got send to the triage and got evaluated and later sent to the labor and delivery floor. She previous had 4 miscarriages, patient delivered a baby girl via C-section, with a silver impregnated dressing, her fluid was color was clear, no know allergy, patient vital signs were all normal. Patient was GBS negative. Patient baby weigh 5Ib 9.8ozher Apgar score at 1 min was 9, 5 min was also 9, baby is bottle fed, mom declined lactation.
