Based on Assessment 2, you should have now completed creating a culture of collaboration and trust at workplace after establishing a partnership program with your selected organization.
You may also be familiar enough with the selected organisation understanding the nature of their business, relevant stakeholders, opportunities for collaboration and potential partnership alliances. In this Assessment task 3, your CEO has asked you to present all research finding that you have done in the Assessment task 2.
She advises you (consider you work in that organization) to form a team and prepare a presentation on ‘collaboration and potential partnerships' It has been decided that you and your team will present this in the board meeting which is coming up in two weeks' time.
