Part 1: Develop a case study about organizaitonal change in healthcare settings by using a narrative format (e.g., the change might have been the introduction of a computerized charting system; a change from team nursing to primary nursing).This case should focus on the planning and implementation of an organizational change. The case should be the story of the change only. It includes the following:

Description of The Case/Problem
Identify the problem that created a need for change
Explain why the problem is important
How was the problem identified?
Was the process for identifying the problem effective?
Be sure to identify the key "characters" involved and how they contributed to the case.

Steps taken to address the Problem
In the second part of this assignment, use change model, theory, and concept to analyze the case study regarding determine what happened, what went well, and what could or should have been done differently to improve the outcome. There should also be informed discussion included in the case analysis related to why the change process unfolded the way it did. The major points in the analysis should be referenced to class readings/discussion or to additional research from outside of the course requirements.

Use Change Management Theory
Discuss the efforts that you would initiate to implement planned changes in your organization
Provide a brief explanation on how you would manage any resistance that may emerge to the implemented change(s).
