Nature engagement can take on many different forms, not all of which have been scientifically evaluated but still may hold merit. We have covered in this class some of the different ways you might behave in the world, different habits or practices you might form, etc. that would enhance your contact/engagement/connection with nature and the requisite benefits that may go along with that. For instance, you might want to continue your sit spot, participate in nature therapy guided walks, practice the "noticing nature" or "awe walk" activities more often, etc. (this is not an exhaustive list). I wonder what you think is important based on what you know from this course, and what you think would work for you.
