Question:

I need your assistance in writing a report for above subject. Below is main point should be covered & report should not be limited to mentioned point only.

1. Analyze the components of the 360 degree Performance Management System.

2. Say how it could be implemented in the Emirati organizations.

3. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this system.

Format of Report:

1. The report length should be minimum of 10 pages and maximum of 15 pages.

2. Use one side of the paper only.

3. Font size for text is 12 points and 14 points for headings.

4. Use two fonts only in the whole report. Arial is to be used for headings and Times New Roman is for text.

5. Use a 1-1/2-inch margin at the top and 1-inch margins for the left, right, and bottom.

6. Spacing between lines is 1.5 lines.

7. Use Roman numerals for pages before page 1 of the introduction

8. Use Arabic numerals for pages beginning with page 1 of the introduction.

9. Don't display a numeral on the title page.
