Explain the steps you followed to:

-engage with a range of people and groups to identify resource requirements, performance objectives, systems, procedures and records relating to the operational plan
-identify resources needs and then acquire resources (including physical, human, technological and financial) in line organisation's systems and procedures
-manage and support personnel to achieve performance objectives included in the plan
-present information and recommendations to support implementation and variation of the operational plan
-monitor operational performance against the performance objectives and budgets included in the plan
-implement improvements to rectify unsatisfactory performance
-varied the operational plan as required to manage contingenciesEnsure that your response describes how the steps that you took align with established organisational policies and procedures.
