The leaders of XYZ Company are preparing to implement a new change within their organization. Some leaders are concerned about the employees not being receptive of the changes and are unclear on what to do. You have been hired by the Board of Directors for the XYZ Company as an external consultant to provide the leaders with guidance on how to deal with resistance to change. Prepare a presentation that will educate them on the following:

• Reasons people resist change
• Types of resistance to change
• Determine if the resistance is positive or negative
• Recommend a model to reduce or remove resistance to change if negative or embrace the resistance if it's positive

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
