Write a method that implements a modified form of the linear search on an integer array that doesn't return the position of a search value but rather a count of how many times a search value is found in the array.

The method should be named linearCount, take a 1-dimensional int array as an argument and return a count of how many times a value was encountered in an array. If the value is not found in the array at all, return a value of 0.
