Impasse in Personal & Organizational Learning question 1. What is our personal abyss, and according to Haldeman, What are we afraid of? 2. Can you or your organizations be prepared for impasse? In what sense? Which people and organizations are most likely to be unprepared and have the hardest time? (Book: READY FOR ANYTHING, By JEFF HALDEMAN Chapter 3 p.22).
Core Organizational Identity: Consider the core identity of your organization. Describe it in one sentence or less, and ask yourself what the organization could eliminate while or change while still retaining its identity.
Submit a work-related issue to use as your change project for the semester. Your submission must include the following information:
1. Client, e.g., unit, department, team, (who is the client with whom you'll be working and what is their function?), describe the client organizational chart/structure, etc.
2. Description of the organizational issue (e.g., team building, productivity, performance, motivation, merger, leadership, etc.) Essentially, why are you working with client?
3. Your role as change leader (e.g., what is your relationship with the client? are you the manager, a team member, etc.?)
4. When will you begin working with the client?
5. Using your work-related example, explain how you will apply the "entry/contracting" phase of the model. Please answer each questions under each title. Please no plagiarism. I will send chapter 3 information tomorrow.
