Working as a managing director for a company based in India, which manufactures computer equipment. The manager is trying to negotiate with another person in China. That persons job is to select computer equipment for the city workers. As the managers you are adamant with the specifications named in the contract. The contact person in China though is not interested in the financial and technical side of things. How as a manager having a cultural profile in the cultural group could help avoid a communication breakdown.
