Using the research question and two variables:

Research Question: How does training impact the amount of sales and productivity?

Variable 1 Independent: The motivation of the workers on each shift reflected by sales numbers and the amount training each employee received from corporate.

Variable 2 Dependent: Job satisfaction, the more each employee is happier with their job, they will feel valued, the amount of business on each shift, and how each supervisor runs their crew. 

Business Research Project Part 1 assignment, create a no more than 350-word inferential statistics (hypothesis test). Include:

(a) The research question(b) Mock data for the independent and dependent variables

Determine the appropriate statistical tool to test the hypothesis based on the research question.

Conduct a hypothesis test with a 95% confidence level, using the statistical tool.

Interpret the results and provide your findings.
