You have been asked to recruit more employees from disadvantaged groups such as Indigenous Australians, the LGBTQI+ community, and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. How would stereotyping, unconscious bias and attitudes of the decision-makers impact the recruitment of people from these backgrounds?
