Great point about applying the leadership theories in peer to peer situations as well. In my organization we do alot of team based leadership that means you do have to influence and lead a group of peers without the power of a position. These leadership theories can have an impact on your ability to lead effectively. What might be one of the most effective in peer to peer leadership?
