Keeping health safe and making sure that that company is doing all the right things for patients and providing a better set of standards. both have differences in their mission like joint commission. They focus a lot on patient safety. With chap they have a very big focus on community and these missions make both programs, different. Even with that said, both have a great impact on the quality of care and the effects that it can have on the community. "Your business is as unique as the community you serve. At CHAP, your differentiators - professional services, personal care, companion care, or all three, define your accreditation process, saving you time and money" (CHAP, 2024).
