Goals: Nike Inc. covers many different aspects of the sports and athletic world. Major goals of the company include ideals such as creating more environmentally friendly sporting goods, including more diversity in the company, have a positive impact on local communities, and be groundbreaking in the athletic wear industry.

Short Term Goals: Goals that Nike Inc. has taking quick initiative with and have already started working on are their impact in local communities and their environmental ethics. For example, Nike Inc. has the NCIF, (Nike Community Impact Fund), which provides help in the form of grants and funding for inner-city commnitties and athletic programs. According to Wendy Walker at powertofly.com, Nike Inc. has "awarded $10 million through 1,000+ grants to grassroots nonprofits". When it comes to creating sustainably ethical prdocuts for their customers right now Nike Inc. has become a member of the SAC (Sustainable Apparel Coalition). Nike Inc. has committed to bringing the use of hazardous chemicals in its products to zero by 2025.

Based on information from goodonyou.eco, Nike uses "some eco-friendly materials, including organic and recycled cotton and polyester". As you can see Nike Inc. is making a continuous effort to achieve these goals.
