In this assignment, student will focus on the one part of GOOGLE Company that is HARDWARE, what they produce and sell.

Students will do the research of GOOGLE company, the impact of supply chain management and organization theory in the successful pursuit of company objectives.

Look at the issues of organization structure. Both supply chain structure and organization structure impact a company's ability to successfully pursue its vision and strategies. You will, investigating sources that will explain GOOGLEcompany's marketing initiatives and finance philosophy.

• Strategy of google and strength and weakness of that strategy.
• Suppliersof google
• Where and how they manufacture their hardware

Guidelines for writing a Case Report

Make sure you Introduction is brief and to the point. Highlight the main business of the company and what your questions will be addressed.
Make sure the Background you give is pertinent to the questions only. Don't drone on for 3 pages with irrelevant facts about the company.

Again, make sure your Analysis and/or Extra Research (research not available in the case) is also pertinent to the questions of the case. Irrelevant information just to fill up pages won't get you a good grade.

And last Executive Summary - you write this after you've done the rest of the report. In a few sentences each, you summarize all of the other parts of your report.
