Please help me develop a literature review by using one acedemic scholar resource. My research topic is "What is the impact of social media of sleeping patterns on Sociology Undergraduate Students at the University of British Columbia after Covid-19?" By conducting this research, I got 20 participants from Sociology course to fill out my survey. my purpose is to contribute to the ongoing discourse surrounding the multifaceted impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, offering insights into the evolving relationship between social media, sleep patterns, and mental health.

Belowing is the requirements for literature review: "The purpose of the literature review is to inform the reader of previous research on my topic. It should address where my research fit in the broader knowledge of the area. It is also important that my literature review be current. Although I may use some older or even classic sources to establish the bounds of my topic, most of my resources will have been written in the last five to ten years. I must cite at least 3 academic sources. Remember to synthesize my literature. The literature review should also clearly state how my research is either similar to or different from other research in the field. Why do the propose of mine to study differently than previous work? Or if my propose to replicate previous research, why is such replication necessary?"
