Prepare a report on "The impact of Purchasing Strategies on Performance of Organization's Performance: A Case of Construction Industry in Australia"

Couple of contents in the table is explained below, like what you have to do in those contents.

At the end please arrange all the materials according to table of contents.

If you need clarification on any thing, please ask me again and again until its cleared.

STUDY CATEGORIES

Now what you have to do in this part is you to go through all the strategies and try to find out factors which contribute to the study

For example:

You go through all the strategies and find out that factors such as relationships, distribution and transportation are important you list all the factors under categories table and you look for their frequency across different journals like if such factor is covered any journal or not, the lesser the frequency the more our research is contributing. You then find out the relationship of each factor in research like how this factor is related to research.

Template:

Factors

Frequency(no of journals that has this factor) journals from your references

%

Factors Frequency(no of journals that has this factor) journals from your references %

You then form a likert scale and rate the factor on its importance. Like if you draw a scale between 1-5, 1 being least important and 5 being most important you rate between 1-5.

DATA ANALYSIS AND RESULTS

Now earlier you wrote everything generally about industry, with data analysis and results please find at least 10 specific construction companies of Australiaand take out data relating to purchasing function which is the main function of research. Use different analysis tools to compare their data and then compare to the entire industry (you have already taken out data from data packs that I send) ,and write clearly about each company performance and why they are not performing, what is lacking, is it technology, is it their purchasing and negotiation strategies etc.
