Looking at ethics in psychological research, Person r A is conducting an experiment to understand impact of exposure to negative news depicting violence. People who take part in this study will be required to watch videos of news stories that contain depictions of graphic violence and witness testimonies. After watching these videos, participants are required to report on their emotional experiences over the following week and whether they are having any intrusive thoughts about what they saw in the videos.
