1. Plot the Bremsstrahlung emitted (intensity vs energy) from a copper target for (i) both 15 keV and 30 keV electrons, (ii) for 15 keV electrons at both 10 and 50 mA current and (iii) for copper and molybdenum targets for 15 keV at 50 mA.  Briefly discuss the impact of electron energy, electron current and target on the Bremsstrahlung generated.

2. An SEM offers a minimum magnification of 10x and a maximum magnification of 500,000x.  For the lowest and highest magnification what would be the length scanned on the sample assuming a working distance of 5 mm and the final of image of 125 x125 mm displayed on a monitor.
