Your assignment is to identify and address the issue Impact of diversity on the workplace/organization. You are asked to apply the tools, concepts, and ideas discussed in this class to the issue being addressed in this organization. You may also find that some of the issues to be addressed are rather current and unique. Please consider this factor and be innovative, but realistic in your recommendations. In addition, please acknowledge the limitations of Guyana. This is important because recommendations that cannot be applied within a local context have no value to organizations.
