Thus those organizational cultures display mo regards to uncertainty. In those environments employees are more pragmatic and change. They tend to embrace technology and expect to work under less stringent regulations. That is they are more comfortable in less structured settings. Therefore have a challenge in capturing data on employees and in transferring institutional kno new entrants. Therefore as an HR manager, capturing and protecting data/information a priority. All the countries score below average on the Long Term Orientation dimension with recording the lowest and Canada recording the highest. Thus they all greatly respec towards their traditions and customs. Thus organizations are characterized by having that care more for immediate gratification than long-term fulfilment. Thus HR would to ensure that their compensation packages reflect this.
