Q. Imagine about starting a trade. Passion is certainly the biggest motivator for working hard and find outs to be successful. Explain however, passion alone will not do the job. There are so many people started their trade based on passion and desires but ended up losing their shirts and close the trade with serious debts. One of my former employees started an information technology services trade based on his passion for technology. Explain however, he ended up closing the trade and filed for bankruptcy. Another friend who started a hair salon based on her passion for hair styling and dressing. She ended up closing the shop and filed for bankruptcy. Illustrate what do you imagine happened? Illustrate what was lacking in these cases? Make it brief 3- 4 sentences are fine. Just your opinion.
