Assume that the German subsidiary of a US company has the following: (1) cash = 60ml EUR, 

(2) accounts receivable = 80ml EUR, 

(3) inventory = 140ml EUR, 

(4) fixed assets = 120ml EUR, 

(5) current liabilities = 50ml EUR, 

(6) long-term debt = 170ml EUR, and 

(7) net worth = 180ml EUR. 

Further assume that the historical exchange rate is $1.25 = EUR 1 , the current exchange rate is $1.10 = EUR 1, and inventory is carried at market prices.
