Develop a mini case study using the concepts of creativity described by Coleman, Kaufman, & Ray in the Unit II readings (see Magno, 2009). A mini-case study typically includes four elements: (a) a scenario describing a problem experienced by individuals within the organization, (b) a solution to the problem, (c) the outcomes achieved through that solution, and (d) the solution's overall benefits for individuals within the organization or the organization as a whole. The mini case study should include the following elements:
• Describe a scenario to illustrate the concepts of the theory described by Coleman, Kaufman, & in the Unit II readings (see Magno, 2009). The scenario should focus on a solution that can be applied to foster creative thinking in a real-world business setting.
• The scenario must be your own original description. You can draw on your own real-world professional experiences to create the scenario, or you can develop a realistic hypothetical scenario.
• Pose a question for further discussion at the end of the mini case study. The question should encourage fellow students to further consider a particular aspect of the scenario and the theory.
