6. Identify an organization that you believe has developed a compelling strategic position. What makes its message so compelling? What lessons can be taken from the organization that you can identify and apply to other organizations?
7. The textbook offers several examples of organizations that have performed effective competitor analyses. Describe one of these organizations, and explain why their strategy works.
8. Summarize the primary argument, or thesis, of the documentary, The Corporation, and explain to what extent you think the filmmakers effectively make their case. According to The New Corporation, in what ways have corporations changed over the last twenty years? Please provide examples from The New Corporation to support your answer.
