To draw the X-bar chart and R -chart using the target limit.

Referring to the candy bar variables control chart in Problem 11, one of the plant managers suggests setting a target of 60.1g for all candy bars and a target of 0.05g as a candy bar process standard deviation (for the population of individual candy bars). The contention is that this will constitute world-class candy bar manufacturing and stimulate our production people to \"shape up\". Provide a quantitative assessment of what our charts would look like as well as what these new targets would do to our operations.
