In a chemical processing plant, glycerin flows over a 1 m long heated at plate at free-stream conditions V = 3 m/s and T1= 10C. If the plate is held at 30C, determine the average heat transfer per unit width, assuming that the critical Reynolds number, Re = 500,000.
