A pot of 1 kg of liquid water is heated on a mountain top, where the atmospheric pressure is 0.8 bar. If the liquid water is initially at a temperature of 30°C, how much heat must be added to bring the water to its boiling point (i.e., make it a saturated liquid)? The top of the water container is open, so the pressure is held approximately constant. State all assumptions in answering the question.
