Question: Part of HR is helping others plan their careers by identifying potential career paths and the training and development that will be needed to potentially achieve that path.

I want you to create a career path for yourself (based upon your current desires: Sports Event Operations Manager ) for at least the next 10 years. You will need to identify the positions that you will attempt to move through, the length of stay in the position, what will be needed to advance to each position (experience, knowledge, skills, and training).

4 pages minimum. The first page of the career plan should include the series of positions you aim to hold and an estimated time in each position. Then the next 2-3 pages should be an explanation of the skills, experiences, training or credentials that you will need to reach each position. You are free to add anything else that you feel is helpful/relevant.
