In the last 4 years your company has posted losses in their financial statements. You have recently been employed as part of a 5 person consultancy group to identify ways to turn around the fortunes of your company. Your role will involve having series of meetings with staff and in your first 4 weeks you have been inundated with various strategies and solutions from staff on how to move the company forward. Using models studied in the class explain how you will go about identifying the correct solution to propose to executive management.
