Scenario:

As due to Pandemic there has been skill staff shortage which is then putting extra pressure on existing team , the effects of short of staff is evident through poor communication , workplace injuries and day to day conflicts amongst the staff members , So you now have discussed with the board member and are required to advertise and undertake a recruitment process while maintaining confidentiality in relation to staff processes in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and Identifying staffing and resourcing needs and develop plans to address them.
