Develop and implement staffing process

Scenario:

You are the HR Coordinator in a Perth Community Centre and you have noticed that you need to hire new staff. As due to Pandemic there has been skill staff shortage which is then putting extra pressure on existing team , the effects of short of staff is evident through poor communication , workplace injuries and day to day conflicts amongst the staff members , So you now have discussed with the board member and are required to advertise and undertake a recruitment process while maintaining confidentiality in relation to staff processes in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and Identifying staffing and resourcing needs and develop plans to address them.

Task 1:
Participate in recruitment processes (Interview the candidates via zoom and upload the recording, the video must include the job description template and interview questions.
