You have been promoted to a senior management position of your company. In recent meetings with the CEO and other members of the executive team, discussions about the need to change the strategic direction of the company have been center-stage. The company has been losing market-share for several quarters now, and it has been determined that many factors have contributed to this downward trend that has resulted in lost sales and commitments from customers. You are part of a large team of trusted managers who are responsible for decisions on the following:

- How to build a team to deliver business results locally and globally
- How to reach out to lost clients
- When and whom to hire
- How to make a big branding change
- How to identify and dismiss consistently underperforming employees
- How to select a new city and relocate the main office

Select one of these areas above and outline the steps you would take to make a decision on that area. Apply the concepts reviewed in this course thus far as you walk through your decision-making process for that area in a three-to-four page written response in APA format. Be sure to include the following decision-making concepts:

- The steps of the evidence based decision-making processes that are relevant.
- Types of data and evidence that needs to be collected in order to make eiketive and efficient decisions.
- Making evidence-based decisions and identifying common biases that can affect your decisions.

You must reference a total of at least four academic resources, which may include valid business articles from trusted sources, peer-reviewed articles found on LIRN, and your textbook. Your papers must include an introduction and a clear thesis, multiple body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Top papers demonstrate a solid understanding of the material and critical thinking.
