 ABC Support Inc

Most of our activities are the direct service delivery of supports to frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.  Services are funded by the Commonwealth Government and are provided under the NDIS and the Commonwealth Home Care Package Program.  ABC Support Inc is well regarded in the various multicultural communities within the Services industry, and a large percentage of our consumers are from non-English speaking backgrounds.  Our multilingual team is committed to providing and maintaining our high standards of care and a large percentage of that team have been with the organisation since its establishment.  We are sure you will also become a committed member of our team.

The main issue/ concern with ABC Support Inc is that there is no professional development opportunity available in house.

Your task is to provide three examples of professional development training/courses that ABC Support Inc could provide to staff. Your PD examples should include an overview of the content, duration and benefits to staff.

You are required to develop and present a PowerPoint presentation. During your presentation, you must demonstrate your ability to,
