Jane Gables works as supervisor for Lattetude Cafe. Jane has completed the interviews with all the applicants who applied as waitstaff. The applicants were tested and interviewed. Jane reviewed the details of each applicants and took note of the following:

• Peter Stevens is very confident in answering during the interview but did not do well on the tests

• Jacob Matts performed well in the tests but did not answer well during the interview

• Alexis worked part time as waitstaff in a fast-food chain in her college days

• Peter worked as waitstaff in another establishment for a year

• Jacob worked from home for over two years. Jane knows that the organisation provides trainings for the skills required for the job. With this, she made a decision on who to recommend. With these pieces of information, Jane recommends Alexis Jones for hiring to the selection panel. She mentioned that although Alexis was not confident during the interview, she did well in the test, the assistant manager also agreed with her recommendation.
