a. Discussed forces in the external analysis are accurately identified and are pertinent to the company
b. External analysis is supported by reliable external sources (e.g., research report, media, etc.)
c. Discussed value chain activities or resources are accurately identified and are important ones to the company's strategic advantages
d. Internal analysis is supported by reliable sources (e.g., company filings etc.)
e. Discussed business-level or corporate-level strategy is accurately identified and is pertinent to the company
f. The argued business-level strategies (e.g., cost leadership vs. differentiation vs. focus vs. etc.) are supported by examples or description of rivals; the argued corporate-level strategies and the means of value creation are supported by examples and company performance trajectory.

Question 3. Identification of company competitive advantage

a. Company's competitive advantage (or lack thereof) is correctly identified and supported by firm performance data (i.e., does the company have a sustainable or temporary competitive advantage? How can you make a case that they do have such an advantage or a case that they do not have one?)
