Question: An organisation has one of the significant market shares of the hotel industry within the UK and is operating in 2 other countries (only on a small scale). It mainly targets budget travellers, however, they are technically open to everyone.
Am I right to think that this is not enough to have a broad competitive scope? My reason is that the examples I've seen were multinational companies with crazy large revenue (eg. Unilever, Nestlé) and even though the example company is large in the UK, I'm not sure if that's enough.
