A medium sized company, Management Tools and Concepts, Inc. (MTC), located in Denver, Colorado has hired your consulting company. The management at MTC is interested in improving its team building.

They would like your company to improve an instrument they have been using to measure team effectiveness. Thus, the assignment for you is to:

1) identify what problems there are with the current instrument, and

2) change the instrument to resolve these problems, and

3) explain what you've done and how each resolves each respective problem. Use your textbook and any other library resources to assist you.

Remember, the expectation is that you will improve on the current instrument, not reinvent it.
