You are employed at a local community center that specializes in helping minorities receive public health and social services. It is your role to coordinate resources and services for the clients. The population of those using the center's resources is primarily minorities from a lower socioeconomic status.

Part 2: Reflect

For this assignment, you will reflect upon the case scenario.

In a minimum of two-pages (not counting the title page and reference page) address the following:

• Discuss at least four (4) issues you might see when working with minorities in this setting.

• Identify at least four (4) specific ways you will improve professional communication and cultural awareness between the staff and the diverse population of clientele.
