Introduction of Lifestyle Project: Identify an undesirable health habit that you currently have. This will beused to begin an individualised lifestyle change project to be submitted on the penultimate session of class.

1. Individualised practical lifestyle - change project to be presented in typewritten form 10 pages, font size times New Roman based on one of the following topics:
