My organization is the school system, specifically, a virtual learning program within the county. I want to talk about teacher autonomy and the lack thereof being the reason that teachers are unmotivated. Another issue is frequent curriculum changes being the solution by district leaders as opposed to allowing teachers to teach their students. My actual question is, I'm not sure what I should say about leverage points (and increasing/lessening these points). Help?
