Question: Identify three employee benefit programs or policies that would address the needs of the employees in the scenario. Explain how the benefits you chose address the needs of the employees and the employer.

Software, Inc. is a large computer program design firm in Michigan. The company employs 150 full-time software engineers in a large office building in downtown Detroit. Software, Inc. offers to its employees a good, but traditional benefits package (health insurance, retirement, etc.). However, the best engineers are starting to leave for companies that offer additional nontraditional benefits (ex. Google). The employees who aren't leaving are complaining about feeling overworked and tired, mostly due to recent development deadlines that have pushed them to work more than 50 hours a week. All of Software, Inc.'s employees are FLSA Exempt, but are asking for higher wages, even though they make slightly above the industry average.
