Question: Based on your current flexibility program, job, and time commitments, identify three different stretching exercises and briefly explain which type you think you would and why it would be beneficial for your health.

For example; I sit at a computer much more than I want to which puts me at risk for back, neck, and wrist injury. Since I have time while at my desk to stretch and understand these risks, I am going to commit to a ear to shoulder left and right stretch. 3 times a week I will commit to a static 60 min stretch. This type of stretch will elongate my muscles in my neck thus making me less at risk for work site injury.
