You have been offered $20 million from a generous donor to your foundation, for a special medical project here in Winnipeg. The donor has implied that this is the first in a series of such donations, so you have to prioritize the possibilities that your team has identified.

First, determine the need for each of these possibilities by researching available services and general demand in Manitoba.

Second, from a utilitarian perspective, prioritize the list.

Third, having identified your top three choices from a utilitarian perspective, give reasons why these three are more important at this time than the others.

Fourth, you are asked which project you personally would favour, for reasons that relate to the other three ethical perspectives, not to a utilitarian one. Include a choice from each member of the group, with a brief explanation as to why.
