Question - The following is a list of A = 10 city blocks. X is the number of household addresses in each of the city blocks. The first city block has 32 houses and assume that the unique ID of each household consists of the numbers 1, 2, . . . , 32. The second city block has 18 houses. For notation purposes assume that the unique ID of the first house in the second city block is 33 and the IDs for this block consists of the numbers 33, 34, . . . , 50.  The unique IDs of the household address in the remaining city blocks are similarly assigned.
