During the year ended 30 June 2020, the account clerk of Treebeard Trading made the following errors despite the draft Trial Balance was balanced:
(1) A repainting fee of RM50,000 for the existing buildings owned was recorded under the buildings account.(2) A carriage inward of RM2,000 was wrongly captured under the carriage outward account.(3) A credit note of RM200 sent to Pippin (a debtor) was omitted from his individual account and a debit note of RM200 sent to Lurtz (a creditor) was not entered into his personal account.(4) A return inward of RM30 for an earlier credit sale made to Saruman was debited into his account and credited into the return inward account.(5) A credit purchase worth RM505 from Arwen was wrongly captured as RM550 in the accounts.
Problem (a) Identify the types of error that are not causing the draft Trial Balance to disagree for each of the above error.
