You note from her file she has been symptomatic for the past 24 hours and has now been diagnosed with a urinary tract infection. Her medical history indicates she has Diabetes, other than that, nothing really significant. You are taking some further bloods and Judy appears quietly concerned. During your conversation, Judy expresses to you that she feels embarrassed that as an educated woman (financial advisor), she cannot understand what is going on with her body and why she has been getting UTI's quite regularly in the past 6-12 months.
