In your paper and based on the table you created in the Levels of Determinants discussion forum, complete the following:

A. Identify the two levels of determinants that you feel have the greatest impact on health (individual, household, community, national, and international).

B. Conduct research on your selected levels and discuss what factors associated with those levels support your claim that they have the most impact on health.

C. Choose a health factor related to one of the determinants from one of your classmates' discussion tables and assess the impact that determinant has on the nation's health.

• For example, if your classmate chose age as the determinant under the Individual level, some health issues related to age are osteoporosis, vision and hearing loss, Alzheimer's disease, poor decision making, or juvenile diabetes.

D. Propose a new initiative to address this chosen health factor.

E. With your health issue chosen and its primary level identified, recommend an additional link or pathway to that level that you can use for your proposed initiative, given the target audience and location you identified previously.

Knowing that the California has the largest number of seniors, it could lead you toward an initiative for seniors in California to discuss bathroom safety and the importance of installing handrails paired with walk-in tubs or showers.
