You are tasked by World's Health Organization (WHO) to create report on recent pandemic, COVID-19, which is intended to be presented at the UN annual assembly. WHO inquired an out-of-the-box look at the recent pandemic and its peripheral events and anticipates that the report will eventually result in a list of proposals for new global health policies.
